Mazda 3 2014 Fingerprint (#20735)

* mazda: don't passthrough unused signals

Some older models do have these, newer models don't.
Either way, they all work just fine if set to zero.

Auto resume doesn't always work after a full stop.
sending RES presses at a higher rate fixes the issue.
